6 reasons why you should comment on this forum!

1. It's fun.
2. It's a great way for people to get to know you.
3. It's a great way to share information with others.
4. If you love to write, but don't have much time, it's a great opportunity to at least "get your feet wet."
5. It's a great way to get to know people with similiar interests.
6. The more people that add content to the forum the better. More people starting new threads, will provide more variety in which to comment on. That will draw even more people and it will grow both wide and deep.

Now, it's your turn! I tried to come up with 10, but I need help. Please add to this list and help me make up the difference.

I'm not sure what I can add to your list as I think you covered all the bases. What I can say is, since moving here five years ago, I have always had a sense that this place is about people. What drew us to the Auburn area was the accessibility to real estate and the great outdoors, but what has kept us here (and happy) are all the wonderful people! From the welcome party we were given by our neighbors when we first moved to the neighborhood, to the willingness of people to provide recommendations for doctors, hair salons mechanics, etc., to the invitations to join mom's groups and playgroups, to the stranger that strikes up a conversation at the car wash or in the grocery store. People take the time to say hello and get to know each other here. They are open to sharing information and helping their neighbors. That's what I love about Auburn. And yes, it's another reason why people should take advantage of the opportunity to collaborate on the AuburnBuzz forum. Why not share what you know and get to know new people in the process?

I couldn't agree with you more. These forums are a great way for communication among the community. They are quick easy and most important the USERS control the content.
