Stroller Strides is a wonderful workout for any post natal fitness level as well as prenatal moms-to-be. Each class is a total body workout that combines Power Walking and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby.

Hi there.I've heard many times about stroller strides form my friends.I am looking to join stroller strides to maintain fitness and make baby happy.I have bought new Pico Pushchair for my baby.I think it will be the ideal choice for doing exercise with babies.

We would love to have you join us!! I have put the Meadow Vista class on hold until the weather gets better. Right now we have class M-T-W-F at Regional Park. I also have a room that we use when it is rainy. But unfortunately it is not available on Tues. because they do Senior Yoga in it!

How old is you baby? I have an almost 4 year old boy and a 19month old little girl. The other mommies range from 3 months to toddlers.
