Great job in connecting the Buzz with the Sentinel newspaper. I read the paper every week to find out about people and happenings in the community. Now I'll have another source of information and better yet, a place to comment on them. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Thank you for your post. We appreciate the comments. The Sentinel has grown considerably in the last five years and this is one more step in the right direction. -- Don Chaddock

I didn't find a way to comment directly to stories in the Sentinel.

Hi Auburnewt,

We are currently integrating the means for commenting on specific sections. Right now, you can go to any of the Top Stories and at the very end of each article you should see a "Discuss this article on the forums" link.

The ability to comment on articles is only available to registered users who are logged in.

Thanks for joining the AuburnBuzz and Sentinel online community!

- Craig

We're new to Auburn. The more that Cathy and I explore this community, we are continually surprised at what we are discovering.

Looking for something to do tonight, I googled the date and the city. Up popped The Auburn Buzz. Wow, this is was such a pleasant surprise.

I look a little deeper and learn that the Buzz is connected to the Sentinel. I've looked at the free hardcopy at our Gym (Courthouse Athletic Club).

This is gonna be really convenient for us.

THANKS!

p.s. By the way, I'm the new pastor at Bell Road Baptist Church (listed at the Auburn Buzz).

Welcome to town, Rob! If you want to know what's happening in the community you now call home, then the Sentinel and AuburnBuzz are perfect choices. The hardcopy edition of the region's only locally owned and operated general circulation newspaper contains information not found on the website (and the same can be said for the online version). If you want to learn about local politics, read Joe Carroll's Auburn Augur. If you want to learn more about the people in the community, read my Biscuits and Gravy column. We also feature Gary Moffat's Other Side of Auburn column and (in print, anyway) we publish Kevin Hanley's Common Sense. Kevin is a member of the City Council. -- Don Chaddock

Thanks, Don. I'll share your tips with others who will most likely visit the AuburnBuzz in the days ahead.
