The Bear River Lioness club will hold a Veterans Appreciation Luncheon on Saturday, Nov. 3 at Higgins Lions Community Center.  Doors will open at 11 a.m.;l unch will be served at noon.  The luncheon is free to veterans and a guest.  Seating is limited.  RSVP by Oct. 27 to 530-268-0906.
