Class series follows: April 7.
Brief Description: Two methods are combined to bring about significant changes in the body:
Feldenkrais: A method of movement re-education. It is about using small, gentle movements to improve the patterns of the nervous system. These changes can give more freedom of movement to a body while walking, standing or running. You can change old patterns of motion that cause discomfort into efficient, free patterns that feel great!
TTouch: (Tellington Touch) A gentle touch method that releases tension while bringing improved sense of connection within the body. Clients report that this work relaxes them at a deeper level than massage, and the positive results seem to last longer.
