Get off the street from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. for this fun Halloween event benefiting the City of Rocklin Preschool. Admission is FREE for elementary school-aged children and younger, accompanied by an adult. Prizes will be awarded for the Scarecrow Contest and Best Costume.
