This
CMA favorite is returning for her third appearance with us. Sandra is
known worldwide as one of the top accompanists and has performed and
recorded with some of the world’s finest string players and singers,
including Itzhak Perlman, Sarah Chang, Kathleen Battle, Joshua Bell,
Nadja Salerno Sonnenberg, and members of the Emerson Quartet. She has
told us that CMA is one of her favorite venues in which to perform, and
she can’t wait to see you all again.
On this program
will be works of Mozart (his clarinet trio), Brahms, and the incredibly
romantic and beautiful First Piano Trio by Anton Arenski (reminiscent
in style of Tchaikovsky).
