You [u]have[/u] to be able to laugh at both yourself AND your spouse. At little things. At big things, but most definitely, together. Independence is another biggie, which falls back into the trust category. Building blocks, so to speak, that most likely will never reach a plateau. It's a constant learning process, a constant building process. Sometimes the building might lean, sometimes it might start to weaken, that's when it's of the utmost importance to join [u]together[/u] and reinforce. Celebrate and reward? Absolutely.
