Our waitress could hardly speak English!

And they need to get rid of the goofy beer signage. Its starting to look like a big infomercial for Corona Beer.

Still, this is the best Mexican eatery in the foothills, despite its service and decor faux pas.

 we call it "Lou La Barfy's",  Wednesday, 23 May 2007 This restaurant is living on its past glory, when it was a major tourist stop on the way to/from Tahoe in the 50's and 60's.

 Our favorite Japanese restaurant in Auburn Calif,  Wednesday, 23 May 2007 Great food, great staff, great service.
Definitely one of the better restaurants in Auburn, and probably the best Japanese food!
