I recently tried the CA. REUBEN sandwich at Max's. I'm used to a Reuben made with corned beef, sauerkraut and russian dressing, so I was a little hesitant when I ordered it, having been told by the very personable gal at the counter that Max's sandwich differs in that it is made with pastrami, raw red cabbage and a tomato aioili or some such thing. Boy was I wrong. That sandwich was probably one of the best I've tried in a long time. And much to my surprise Max's features Boylan's Vintage sodas, something I remember from my childhood in New Jersey. I didn't know they had them out here. I will be going back soon.

Gracie is right! I tried the "THAI HOT" on one occasion and it was sooo hot I couldn't take it. And I like hot foods. I had an endorphin rush the likes of which I had never experienced before. Go mild....trust me.

I like Depoe Bay Coffee and the staff are nice. The coffee in my humble opinion is fantastic. The food, well... But hey they're a coffee roaster right. Keep up the good work. << Start < Prev 1 Next > End >> Results 1 - 3 of 3
