Choose The Razz because the intense/serious golfers are usually in short supply and you'll see more informality here than the 18-hole resort-type courses. I usually take less than two hours to play this course with pal Cynthia McCoy and on my own, finish in an hour and 30 or 40 minutes and I always enjoy the challenge of this course and the opportunity to be right smack in the middle of nature.

 THE RIDGE GRILLE ROCKS,  Saturday, 03 November 2007 I love the salads and savory soups at The Ridge and I also enjoy the well-presented breakfasts and just today was served up the blueberry and lemon stuffed pancakes. Eat inside next to the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace or if the sun is shining, find outself out on the spacious deck for the ultimate experience. And then there's the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed golf course, attended to by the capable Super Steve Fackler and the geese-chasing Chocolate Lab Velvet. Be still my heart.
