PlacerArts has a long tradition of innovation and presenting amazing artwork. Add their marvelous complement of cultural presentations (from live music to Tibetan monks' sand mandalas and more!), and you realize why PlacerArts is most people's "must see" stop on Auburn's ArtWalks (which they coordinate).

Besides offering the public a wide variety of visual and emotional experiences, PlacerArts organizes and promotes local art events like the Open Studios Art Tour in the fall, and many special shows presenting themes of content or media. For great up-to-date information on arts & culture, visit their web site, especially the Arts Calendar and Artists Registry.

I'm very proud to be a member of PlacerArts and look forward to their future offerings. BRAVO!

It's rare that a small town like Auburn can attract such a vibrant and eclectic community of high quality artists. This gallery offers an incredible selection of two- and three-dimensional work that is not only affordable and beautiful, but actually purchased DIRECT from the artist. In fact, you'll often find a favorite artist present, helping run the cooperative gallery and offering insight into their artwork!

[Yes, I have purchased a number of pieces there, and expect to again]

All 5's for a "5 minute" express wash that gets the grime off and makes my car SHINE! Cruiser's is quick & easy, and they use name brand products like Blue Coral and Rain-X from Ecolab, a company committed to conservation and sustainability. Their discount wash card is a great deal, too...I'll be back!
