Webster's College dictionary's describes travel as: To go from one place to another, as by car, train, plane, or ship; a journey. Currently that journey is going to be expensive with fuel at new all time levels. Pessimist or optimist; is that gas tank half-empty or half full? Bouncing around Old Town Auburn today was pleased to learn about all the changes taking place starting with the Gold Rush Mall where I learned Mimi of The Silver Store will soon take the best location in the front of the mall; congrats to Mimi who has waited well over a decade for this opp. Mahogany Gail moves to Tea Thyme up Sacramento Street as TT is now out of business. YUMMACIOUS AT GIOVANNI'S

Enjoyed an absolutely incredible meal at Giovanni's in Colfax where I dined in splendid excess with Hubby Jack--recuperating from knee surgery--and celebrated Stuart's Shurr's birthday with Wife Christina.
