Best Buy, Home Depot opening soon?

Is anyone else excited about the new electronics & home improvement stores opening soon in Auburn?

Finally, no more driving "down the hill" to Roseville/Rocklin for essential stuff.

& feel free to comment about how these "Big Box" stores will put locals out of business, yada yada yada.

I actually am. Of course, I have mixed feelings only because I grew up in SSF, CA in a my dads hardware store. Total small business world. And when HD came to town, I remember my telling my mom...." The prices at HD are cheaper than my wholesaler" I knew then BIG BOX places KILL the small business owner

Selfishly speaking, I welcome these as I too am tired of having to go down the hill. HD is really need bad here. BB is nice to have.

I also heard they are building a COSTCO across from the theater.
