For All Who Love The Game by Harvey PenickPosted by mediamaven in Untagged |
Recieved a book about Lessons and Teachings for Women Golfers from AM 950 KAHI MUSIC/GOLF CONNECTIONS Host Loyce Smallwood a few weeks back. Thank you very much Loyce for the book.
The Golf Vixen suggested reading a book a day, so took her advice and plunged in. Started reading it today and found a lot of different aspects in the book that will help enhance my golf game. They say the good players always visualize their shots. This is true. The swing is a feeling. As Orhan, Golf Instructor over at The Ridge says: "Feel the Feel", "Dance with your club."
Last week, practiced learning how to read a put from the fringe of the green. Going to take time to figure that out, but learning is part of the process.
Only about halfway into the book and will post a complete book review later on.
Here is the link to read some of it online: http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0684867346/ref=sib_dp_pt#reader-link

"Reading a book a day", wowee, is that IMPRESSIVE. That Cirbie is a pistol, for sure. Brownie points for Cirbie and for you, Liz, for reading books, a dying art, for sure.
