MAXIMIZING THE MIRTH

Loyce
Determined to hold my own against the quirky forces which seems to be shifting the collective consciousness.  Pleased with my choices in Auburn, I've been connecting with pals Spencer and Donna at The Ridge where divine splendor awaits.  This week on KAHI CONNECTIONS, "the legend" jazz singer Cheri Murphy drops by to entertain and connect with our community at The Round Table at Courthouse Coffee.  This morning I head out to Downtown Auburn to enjoy a tasty breakfast at the Auburn Grille where Commander Jack revels in Kim's home-style jam and fluffy eggs and, hey, what about that fresh fruit cup replete with mandarins?  After a check-in with CHC Owner Linda Lareau--and perhaps a walk about Old Town--I'll head this bod toward Raspberry for a round of golf, solo.  Be still this heart which is now in a serene state of  relief due to Stewart Schur, owner of  Dr. PC Computers, who restored my computer to working order.  All happening in Auburn.  Watch out.

Raspberry Hill! Glad you enjoyed a day on the links. I was busy watching The AT&T Pebble Beach Golf Tournament and the stunning views of Monterey Bay, CA.

Another gorgeous day! My return to Auburn is set at the end of this month.

smilies/grin.gif Welcome home; and who was it said "you can't go home"? And just why not? And speaking of a legend, this week's guest Cheri Murphy is a saloon singer who is referred to as "legendary" and we are looking forward to her guesting along with star golfer Carol French. Oh yeah. smilies/cool.gif

That quote must be from a movie. Cheri Murphy the legendary saloon singer comes onto your program very cool! Looking forward to hearing her and of course Carol French.

I'll be sure to call in on Thursday from Reno(only more week and I'm back in Auburn on the 23rd. As Linda put it: "Liz's smile brings rays of sunshine to our community." The rays of sunshine will reunite with The Legend of the Foothills and Courthouse Coffee owner Linda Lareau. Happy to be coming home! smilies/cool.gif

smilies/cool.gifThomas Wolfe wrote "Look Homeward Angel"; so I believe the quote is from Wolfe. BTW: Perry King's grandfather was Maxwell Perkins and he was Hemmingway's editor. King goes forth with a project on Steve McQueen, one of my all-time favorite actors. smilies/kiss.gif
