TRANSITIONS IN THE NEW YEAR

Posted by Loyce in Untagged

Loyce

I've heard from a few peeps that this year will bring about some interesting energies among the different celestial planets and thus, great shifts will take place.  I am experiencing changes close to home in that my good friend Syl Bruce--after almost two decades in her Downtown Lincoln location--will be moving her shop to the end of  High Street next to the former Sundance Computers which Alex and Thom Finks have recently shuttered.  Look for Syl in her new location in March.   After six years as an independent contractor with KAHI radio, I look forward to hosting interesting musicians and golfers on my CONNECTIONS program Thursdays at 9am.  My friend Donna Arz seems to be secure at her Healing Light business where she oversees a variety of practitioners in her North Auburn location.  Arz helps me remain active and vital as does my friend Gabrielle Pullen, who comes to the home weekly to work out the kinks on Jack and myself as I attempt to maintain my balance/strength/fluidity with the game of golf which I am sorely missing what with this challenging weather.  Pullen is a pistol, highly educated, tri-lingual and knows her stuff.  Pal Linda Lareau, owner of  Courthouse Coffee in Old Town--fav coffee spot--is staying the course nicely; and the other day with aplomb, the indominitable Lareau dealt with a crush of peeps from the jury pool.  Missing Liz Pope, golfing partner, who now resides in Reno; but Pope calls into the radio program and is good about emailing so we look forward to seeing her in the near future.   Life is about adapting to the changes and shifts and I think I'm ready.  Bring 'em on.
