Chang Brothers has definitely earned its title as "The Best Around", as various Chinese Gourmet dishes from Hunan and Kung Pow flaveors for all you "Hot and Spicy" fans, to vegetarian dishes such Chinese Greens and Supreme Crispy Eggplant. There are dishes and meals fits for one or even the whole family.

I think Chang's is better than Twin Dragon. However, my wife & daughter disagree with me, preferring the latter. Overall, I feel that Chang Brothers is an improved dining experience, largely due to having better quality of service. The lunch specials rock! This side of town desperately needed a new chinese restaurant.....long live Chang Brothers!
I've tried almost every Chinese restaurant in Auburn and have always felt that the quality of food was lacking.
Welcome to the Chang Bros! Definitely my best Chinese dining experience in Auburn.
I had the Won Ton soup, Lettuce Wrapped Chicken, Fried Rice, and Beef with Broccoli. The meat was cooked just right and was very tender. The veggies were some of the freshest and tastiest I've had in a restaurant in a long time.
