the food was decent enough however not authentic. the place is a complete mess. it is small and trashy. the toilets are nasty. i'd rather take my chances at the gas station bathroom a few doors down. the staff is always in and out and the food is never consistent. the chips i noticed were simply refilled straight off an empty table, and the salsa was the same. very unsanitary! i used to go to the other one off lincoln way but am now ruined for life.

I've been looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Auburn for six months now, and I will continue to keep looking. I love Mexican, but the salsa that came with the chips was too hot to really enjoy. The beans and rice were passable-but the sauce on my chilli relleno was more like gravy than any sauce I've ever had. I may try something else again, but I won't hold my breath.
