Coach Carroll’s Clinic — Former pro basketball player Jimmy Carroll gave a pep talk to some of the youngsters who participated in his shooting clinic at the Regional Park Gym last week. Carroll, a star at Placer High before playing for Utah and University of Nevada, Reno, also chairs the Auburn Recreation District Board of Directors.
