Sept. 26 A la ‘Cart’
A 26-year-old male inmate threw a library cart at the Auburn Main Jail, damaging the cart beyond repair. The estimated cost for replacement is $425.
Sept. 27 Prowler Pinched
A suspect was seen prowling around vehicles and a closed business on Grass Valley Hwy. in Auburn. Upon contact with deputies, he identified himself with a false name and date of birth. He was on probation for burglary.
