I just had my first opportunity to try out Carpe Vino a few weeks ago and was not disappointed. The ambiance created by the interior brick walls, low lighting, and local artwork displayed on an impressive cabling system was more than I expected. That is not to mention the terrific selection of wine and the most friendly staff you could ask for. I have been told by many the food is par excellence, but will have to discover that for myself the next time around. This is a great place to bring guests for a "taste of Auburn" or just enjoy a nice glass of wine with locals anytime.

Definately Fine Dining, Thursday, 28 February 2008
Carpe Vino is more than a bar & pub. It's a delectable feast that will impress your senses from soup/salad through to dessert. You can taste the freshness in the meat - always cooked to perfection. Of course the wine selection complements the experience. If you like fine dining, put this restaurant on your 'must do' list. The Moffet's know good food, good wines and great dining experiences.
