Placer County Supervisor Jim Holmes, acting as a representative of the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency, recognized the efforts of City Councilman Bob Snyder with a plaque at Monday’s council meeting. Holmes said Snyder, who served two years on the agency’s advisory board, helped to resolve many transportation challenges in the region.
