Every 55 minute class includes a gentle warm up, 30 minutes of low impact aerobic workout, muscle toning, and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
This class caters to seniors, newcomers to exercise, pregnant, or people who prefer a lighter workout.

Very friendly folks that are providing an excellent exercise program taylored to those needing a less stressful workout. The facility is wonderful. Very nice wood floors and lots of room.
