Every 55 minute class includes a gentle warm up, 30 minutes of low impact aerobic workout, muscle toning, and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale.
This class caters to seniors, newcomers to exercise, pregnant, or people who prefer a lighter workout.

Have attended both morning and evening classes. Very good workout for us older and slower folks. Love the newly refinished wood floor. Prices are very reasonable and are actually lower than any other Jazzercise facility in the area. Check it out!!! First class is FREE!!!!!

Very friendly folks that are providing an excellent exercise program taylored to those needing a less stressful workout. The facility is wonderful. Very nice wood floors and lots of room.
